Position Summary;
As Trainee Territory Sales Manager you will join the companies comprehensive training programme, which focuses on product knowledge and sales procedures.
Skills gained here will include how to develop leads, propose solutions, manage and build relationship within the concrete forming industry.
Your daily roles and responsibilities will include an array of tasks such as;
* Developing long-term relationships with contractors, architects, and trade organisations to maintain and grow sales in your territory
* Effectively and regularly communicating with customers to discover their formwork needs
* Providing Engineering with proper information concerning form requirements on a project, in order to develop the most efficient forming solution for a customer
* Co-ordinating shipments with distribution
* Providing customers with superior service
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have the required qualifications, skills and experience to thrive within this role, including;
* Mechanical aptitude is essential
* Sales/Construction experience, AutoCAD knowledge and ability to read blueprints is advantageous but not essential
* Excellent communication both written and verbal skills
* Willingness to travel is essential
