Main duties
To assist the Sales Manager with any administrative tasks and to develop relationship with new and existing clients, in order to increase the growth of the business
The Role
- To handle inbound customer service calls and emails
- To maintain and develop strong relationship with new and existing client
- To assist the Sales Manager
- To deal with customers enquiries
- To liaise with the Account department
- To report to the Sales Director
- To provide customer care and support
- To advise customers on the products
The Candidate
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Italian or French language minimum Upper intermediate level is required
- Previous Customer Service experience is essential
- Team Player
- Degree educated
- Able to prioritise and multi-task, work on own initiative
- Computer literate
The Salary
up to GBP20,000PA depending on experience + benefits (22 days holidays)
