A rare opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager to join us to manage this established service in Portslade. The service is home to five clients with learning and physical disabilities.
As Service Manager, you will be dedicated to the management of supporting people with learning disabilities and other complex needs. You will lead and inspire a team to support the clients in your care to achieve their goals in life and maintain their relationships. You will find opportunities for clients to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of 'Great Interactions', person centred support and other initiatives.
You will have a proven track record of service management and good experience in a similar field.
