Intensive Housing Management Worker Vacancy in Leeds
GBP21,230 to 23,283
Canopy is an award-winning, self-help, community housing organisation based in inner city Leeds. We are currently looking for an Intensive Housing Management Worker to provide housing management and housing-related support for approximately 65 properties in Leeds.
The post will be based at our offices in Burley and Harehills, with travel to visit our tenants around Leeds.
Applicants must have all of the following:
Minimum 2 years' experience of intensive housing management
Working Knowledge of landlord and tenant law
Up to date knowledge of welfare benefits, particularly Housing Benefit
A non-judgemental attitude and a commitment to working with vulnerable people and those from disadvantaged groups
Full driving licence and access to a car
In return, we offer an interesting and varied job, a friendly working environment and up to 30 days annual leave (subject to length of service).
Salary: GBP21,230 to 23,283 a year, depending on skills and experience, for a 37.5 hour week. Flexible working arrangements (eg part time) will be considered.
