The Employer Partnership Co-ordinator establishes links with employers to generate appropriate and sustainable vacancies for Ingeus clients.
The role requires establishing and maintaining close working relationships with local employers, employment advisor's, Ingeus clients and other key partners.
This role is primarily office based in Leeds but will require some travel to attend client meetings, for this reason a car user and clean driving license would be an advantage.
Experience of working to demanding targets in a professional environment
Experience working in business development, recruitment or account management would be advantageous but not essential
Experience within a recruitment, business development or account management background
Face to face negotiation skills and experience of winning business
