Maintenance Manager / Service Manager (Security / CCTV) GBP40-45K
My client is a leading retailer with 1000`s of sites across the UK, in order to ensure each of their stores is kept to the highest standards they now require a Service Manager / Maintenance Manager to manage a team of Security / CCTV maintenance engineers, you will ensure a mixture of planned and preventive & reactive maintenance in carried out in line with the business needs via your team.
Location: Midlands / North West / North England (i.e. Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Derby, Sheffield, Nottingham)
Salary: GBP40-45K depending on experience (maybe more for an exceptional candidate) + car allowance (circa GBP7K)
The Role:
You will be responsible for around 16 technicians, ensuring their work in scheduled correctly across a mixture of planned & preventive maintenance across stores of varying size.
Most your role can be completed during normal office hours Monday - Friday, but occasional flexible working maybe required, you will also join a weekend rota but this will be around 1 in every 7.
About You:
If you have strong leadership skills and have come from a service background, as well as being a qualified in / have experience of Security / CCTV then we would love to hear from you.
Full driving licence is required.
You may have had experience or an interest in the following: Maintenance Manager, Refrigeration Engineer, Security, CCTV, Facilities Manager, Engineering Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader etc.
