Are you looking for an exciting opportunity and new challenge?
Head of Fundraising
Overgate Grade 3
37.5 hours per week including regular weekend work.
This new and exciting post will involve leading the fundraising team and the development and implementation of plans to increase income to the Hospice.
Reporting to the Fundraising and Retail Manager you will manage a dynamic team of staff and volunteers ensuring that fundraising is of the highest standard and runs smoothly, efficiently and economically.
You will have responsibility for the achievement of demanding income budgets from a variety of sources and for ensuring that all activities are efficiently co-ordinated.
As a Head of Department you will continually seek improvement, be passionate about the provision of high quality care and committed to the values of the Hospice, with the ability to inspire, motivate and empower those around you.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be dynamic and innovative in your approach to raising funds.
