family and friend Carer Teams in hospitals

Our staff support unpaid carers who may be family, friends, parents or partners looking after someone with an additional need, frailty, illness, disability, drug or alcohol problem.

With around 89,000 carers in West Sussex and over 17,000 on our register we now need more staff with a passion for working with and on behalf of family and friend carers. Our services are shaped by the views of carers themselves and with our expanded teams we will be increasing our presence in local hospital settings. Our commitment is to offer more support across 7 days.
