SEO Specialist

Investoo Group, a well-funded start-up innovating within the online trading industry, based in Malta, is opening its London offices. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced SEO Specialist to join the team.

We are specifically looking for a Swedish OR Norwegian speaking person who is well-versed in creative link building strategies. While some technical and general on-page SEO will apply to the role – we’re after someone who craves the content marketing and link acquisition side of search marketing.

The successful candidate will have great industry knowledge and the desire to plan, manage and produce quality content and links for the Investoo website.

As SEO Specialist, your duties and responsibilities will be:

• Own, create and help implement the link building strategy for the business.
• Competitor Analysis – on and off page.
• Analysis – crawling, duplication and organisation of content.
• Testing – proposals from own research for internal review.
• Link building outreach and relationship management.
• Work with an external team of writers and general content producers day-to-day to ensure a consistent flow of link-orientated content marketing.
• Directly work on / translate any editorial pieces required.
• Quality check the external teams work and ensure that they are delivering at the agreed velocities.
• Manage external agencies and freelancers to localise all content, across all platforms, ensuring quality in each geo-location.

The absolute minimum requirements for this role include:

• Fluent in Swedish OR Norwegian.
• 2+ years building content and links.
• ‘Some’ experience within the retail trading industry including; forex trading, cfd/stocks trading and binary options. Experience freelancing for these industries is also acceptable.
• Proven experience working within content OR link strategy; in-house or agency.

An ideal SEO Specialist will have the following skills and qualifications:

• Perfect, overall understanding of the SEO process, including on page and off page.
• Ability to work autonomously and own projects from start to finish.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and manage a large workload.
• Understanding of the technology and terminology involved.
• Knowledge of site tools such as Google Analytics / SEM Rush / Acuranker etc.

Your working hours will be 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

In return for this you will receive a salary of £30,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience.
