They are looking for a focused assistant project manager who can deliver water efficiency activity and provide the knowledge to our 3.6 million customers.

You will project manage a variety of water efficiency initiatives to inspire the company's customers to save water. Deliver water efficiency activity in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, bringing water efficiency to the forefront of people's minds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Water Saving Squad members and provide regular coaching to help them deliver an outstanding level of customer service, with a focus on water efficiency.
• Planning and organisation of events.
• Procurement and facilitation of water efficiency devices for the Baseline Water Efficiency programme.
• Provide direct liaison with all teams involved and affected by Water Efficiency. (WSP, Communication Team, IT, Control Operations, Digital Team and Contractors)
• Manage and maintain the Water Saving Steff Twitter Page, engaging with customers and securing more followers to raise the profile of Water Efficiency.
• Development of new water saving ideas (e.g. app development, children's engagement) to enhance water efficiency delivery.
• Liaison/Negotiation with suppliers to procure devices, event bookings and materials.
• Proactive internal and external stakeholder engagement to raise the profile of Water Efficiency.
• Set up and oversee internal water efficiency training programme.
• Work with the communication team to ensure that all communication relating to water efficiency is planned and rolled out in accordance with business needs.
• Identify commercial opportunities to increase water saving and partnerships.
• Support with delivery of water efficiency activity within Baseline Water Efficiency Team.
• Project management of water efficiency communications projects.
• Support and delivery of research backed water efficiency interventions and initiatives.
• Annual Reporting.

Key Requirements:

• Support the capability of achieving measureable savings in domestic water consumption via methods alternative to home retrofits.
• Develop an effective method of device distribution that generates installation and retention rates comparable to those of home retrofits.
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements, legal obligations and operational procedures.
