Job Title: Staff Nurse
Salary: ??15 per hour
Location: Taunton
Hours: Full Time / Part Time
Day and Night Shifts Available
An opportunity has become available for a Registered Nurse to join the team at this reputable Nursing Home based in Taunton. The Home provides first class General and Dementia based nursing care for their residents and is rated OUTSTANDING with CQC.
As a Staff Nurse you will play a vital role in the provision of care throughout the company, ensuring individual's needs are met to the highest standards and promoting a person-centred approach to nursing.
This will be achieved by adhering to the following processes:
* Discuss, write and maintain detailed care plans for residents
* Taking Managerial Responsibilities in the absence of the Home Manager
* Respond Professionally and Efficiently to Emergencies and/or Concerns Raised
* Demonstrate and Practice Knowledge of NMC and CQC Guidelines
* Take Responsibility For The Administration of Medicine In Line With Policies
* Keep Accurate Records
* Liaise With Resident's family members and healthcare professionals
Job Specific Requirements:
* A Relevant Nursing Qualification
* Valid Registration With the Nursing and Midwifery Council
* Flexibility For Working Hours
* Experience In Similar Nursing Environment Desirable
