What will I be doing?

Due to continued growth, we've got a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Client Account Manager to join our team in Bristol. This is an exciting role whereby you'll not only be able to develop relationships with an existing client base on a range of learning projects but you will take responsibility for working with new clients too. You will play a crucial role in the delivery of our projects whilst also maintaining a positive environment that promotes individual development and high performance standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Building and maintaining brilliant Client relationships and to be the first point of contact for the Client
* Demonstrating a thorough understanding of client's needs and be able to discuss business challenges such as employee engagement, leadership, management performance, change etc.
* Working closely with the client in a true partnership relationship to proactively work towards identifying new business opportunities within the existing client base
* Managing client projects by balancing scope, time, cost and quality
* Presenting (verbally and in writing) proposals and creative work effectively, passionately, logically and concisely
* Building good relationships with our delivery teams, whether that is consultants, facilitators, designers or developers
* Understanding robust design principles and a range of technologies in order to create and develop a range of learning solutions
* Keeping abreast of current learning theories and instructional design approaches and driving innovation through new technologies
* Maintaining a high degree of awareness of the supplier market, ensuring best value and quality services
* Contributing to tenders and new business presentations as and when required
* Contributing to new business marketing activities - exhibitions; web site content; breakfast meetings, campaigns etc.
* Contributing to strategic business planning meetings

What will I need?

* You'll be resilient and able to build good working relationships with Clients and colleagues, together with a demonstrable track record of delivering for the client when working to tight deadlines.
* Experience of working in a complex, fast paced organisation and an excellent track record of designing and delivering training solutions using a variety of methods and media.
* A successful track record of Client Account Management including mining existing accounts for new business.
* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a great sense of humour and loads of energy.
* At ease with working alongside creative and technical teams as well as working in partnership with client services teams and our clients to ensure we meet all deliverables.
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, challenged by accountability.
* Excellent problem solver
* Experience of evaluating learning activity to assess the effectiveness of skills transfer and knowledge, the impact on individual performance and the benefit to the business.
