This agency is on the lookout for someone with solid project management experience within a digital environment, capable of managing multiple projects at the same time, making sure they're all on time, whilst keeping the client up to date throughout the process.

This agency is one of the largest web development houses in the Midlands having helped to develop several well known high street brands online.

You'll love everything digital and have experience of working with different types of clients and projects, including ecommerce.

What will you be expected to do?

- You'll discuss the scope for new development projects with the client and their internal team
- You'll be responsible for creating a brief of the project then confirming with the client that the brief is correct, then ensure that our team have read and understand the brief before any work starts
- You'll speak to clients daily, updating their systems like Trello, Slack and Toggl and provide regular status reports to make sure clients are kept up to date on all their projects
- You'll be expected to confidently deal with any queries from clients, although not necessarily to always have all the answers straight away (but their team will support you every step and help you to find the right answers)
- You'll also manage projects by setting schedules with clear delivery dates
- Successful resource control and delivery will be crucial to your success

The ideal project manager will:

- Successfully communicate daily with the client and our internal team members
- Travel to the client and meet with their team on a regular basis
- Be incredibly well organized and always be clear on what each member of the team is working on and closely monitor the progress of the team activities against schedules
- Develop new project plans and can prioritise and scheduling the required tasks
- Be mindful of scope creep and keep their team and the client informed of any events that may affect scope
- Manage projects to the end, keeping them on track with delivery on time
- Provide regular status reports and statistical reports

You will be familiar with popular project and task tracking systems like Trello, experience of other systems like JIRA would be an advantage

Knowledge of project management methodologies like PRINCE2, Waterfall, SCRUM and other would be an advantage but are not essential
