Our client is looking for Customer Experience Representatives in York but relocating to Leeds/Wetherby (Evening and Weekend Shifts). Could it be you?

You want to earn extra money on top of a basic wage for booking valuations and mortgage appointments for clients who need advice.
You will make outbound calls as well as handling in bound enquiries and if you want a career, every one of their managers started their career doing the sort of work that you could be doing with them.

They open until 10pm 7 days a week to ensure that their customers can get hold of them when they want to, whether that’s via an enquiry from the website or a phone call. You will be their first impression of the business, often handling calls from areas of Yorkshire that you are not familiar with, being able to think on your feet to help make their move easier will be essential.
The number of hours can be flexible and will be in the evenings from 5:30pm until 10pm and at the weekends from 9am until 10pm.
