Our client is looking for a Contact Centre Manager
As part of their expansion plans they are looking to recruit a Contact Centre Manager for their recently opened Call Centre based in York but relocating to Leeds/Wetherby summer 2017.
The department provides support to both their branch network and Hybrid/Digital team of Local Property Experts
Your team will provide excellent and exceptional customer service to their customers.
Your team will deal with inbound calls and make outbound calls to their customer data base to generate viewings, market appraisals and mortgage appointments.
You will be experienced in managing teams in an outbound customer sales focused call centre or you may be an experienced branch based estate agency manager looking for a career move into an exciting new area of the industry.

They open from 9am until 10pm 7 days a week to ensure that their customers can get hold of them when they want to, whether that’s via an enquiry from the website or a phone call. You will be their first impression of the business, handling calls from all areas across their business. You are able to think on your feet to help make their move easier.
You will be experienced in staff training and development, able to understand and analyse KPI and set achieve targets for your team while at the same time delivering excellent customer service to their customers and support to all their branch operations.
A competitive basic salary will be available to the successful candidates together with a generous commission package.
