Our client is a fast growing e-commerce business who is seeking to expand its talented, motivated and experienced IT and Sales team to continue to support the growth of the business. They are looking for a Affiliate Marketing Executive.
You will be joining a passionate team who work together across different departments to contribute to the success of the business. You will have the opportunity to apply your expertise to a number of different websites marketing a variety of products and ensure that their customers have the best online customer experience available.
As the Affiliate Marketing Executive you will be working closely with the SEO and Sales team to identify new business development opportunities and strengthen current partnerships.
You will also:
- Work proactively with existing affiliates to maximise relationships, developing and implementing initiatives to improve performance
- Regular communication with affiliates through newsletters, deal updates, product offerings and more
- Negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements with top tier partners
- Providing regular reports on affiliate programme performance and ROI
- Managing the resolution of affiliate technical, commercial and operational issues
- Managing and delivering affiliate assets
- Identifying and developing key strategies for affiliates by tier performance and type
- Initiating new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for affiliate schemes
To be successful in Affiliate Marketing you will need:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to build to strong relationships
- Strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Knowledge of CPA, CPC and CPM
- Strong analytical, reporting skills and a numerical background
- A strong grasp of technology
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively
- An appetite for self development and keeping up to date with trends
The benefit package includes a competitive salary up to ??25,000 dependent on experience and qualifications and a performance related bonus.
