£21,000pa + £2,000 travel allowance + monthly bonus

Leading Waste & Recycling Company, fast paced and expanding, providing total Waste Management Solutions to Commercial & Domestic customers.

The role includes:
• Supporting new and existing customers via phone and email
• Advising customers
• Making bookings & dealing with queries
• Ensuring services are delivered on time & managing schedules
• Ensuring all customers receive the highest levels of service
Industry experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a customer service agent, customer services or support advisor, customer service associate, call centre agent, sales executive, telesales or field sales. A confident and outgoing personality with a polite, friendly manner is essential.
