Senior Warehouse Operative
Fuller’s Brewery, Chiswick
Fuller’s, London’s last remaining traditional family brewery, has an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our Warehouse team as a Senior Warehouse Operative based in Chiswick.
Fuller’s are well known for our outstanding, delicious beers and welcoming, friendly pubs. Last year, our Beer Company brewed 211,000 barrels of award-winning beer, exporting to more than 80 countries. Our beer is sold through our own pubs and hotels across the South of England, as well as pubs, clubs and supermarkets.
The successful candidate for the Senior Warehouse Operative position will be expected to thrive in a fast-paced working environment, ensuring the accurate and timely dispatch of orders to our growing customer base, and the successful co-ordination of empty barrels returned. The role is responsible for organising the team and liaising with Planning and Supply Chain.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a natural leader who will motivate our Warehouse team to exceed business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement and demonstrate to employees the importance of Health & Safety
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire within a rapidly developing area
- Possess problem solving skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Hold a Forklift Truck licence. Clamp & Tyne Forklift license and Shunting license holder preferred
- Have a flexible approach to work as some weekends and bank holiday working is included
- Have some management experience
