Our client is a progressive independent Traffic Management business based in the South of England offering a wide range of traffic management schemes and expertise. Their business is growing and they want to recruit a local Business Administrator work within the Petersfield / Denmead Areas.

General office coordinator providing administrative support to the operations team day to day
- Processing weekly timesheets for payroll
- Manage movement of hire equipment/ stock
- File and management of operational paperwork
- Work closely with the Hampton office Accounts team

Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook e.g. analysis in Excel and be able to produce reporting, work with formulae etc
- Minimum of English and Maths GCSE at grades A to C (or equivalent)
- Meticulous attention to detail working with a high level of accuracy
- Minimum of two years experience of working in accounts, generating invoices
- Organised approach to performing tasks with the ability to work independently
- Works well under pressure
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills
- Experience in dealing with customer and supplier enquiries in a professional manner
- Experience of working within Construction/ Utility / Traffic Management industry

A part-time (up to 30hrs) Business Administration role Mon - Fri . Applicant must live in the nearby area of Petersfield / Waterlooville, Portsmouth. Salary negotiable depending on skills and experience.
