Personal Assistant to the Director of Gallery Development and Visitor Experience

Grade C

£17,172.57 - £21,168.94 per annum

35 hours per week

We are looking for someone who is highly organised and efficient to be the Personal Assistant to the Director of Gallery Development and Visitor Experience and to act as a first point of contact in relation to all aspects of her duties.

You will have previous experience of working in an administrative role or have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sound judgement and the ability to build good working relationships.

The post holder will be responsible for overseeing the work of the Director’s office and also support the wider management within the Division.

The ability to work through the medium of Welsh and English is desirable for this post.
