The role of Global Reward Analyst requires a self-starter who is able to make decisions and take ownership of projects or project work streams. As a Global Reward Analyst, you will make recommendations on strategic and complex matters so will therefore need to have strong numerical and analytical skills. What you'll be doing

• Actively participate in key reward surveys and analyse output against internal data

• Develop and support communication to employees on the Group's reward and benefits philosophy and programmes via a number of different channels

• Support the delivery of the end to end Global annual reward cycle process on a Group-wide basis

• Expertise in the report suite from Success Factors to create and run ad-hoc and routine reports to support data analysis

• Support the review, renewal and administration of benefits plans, including liaising with third party providers, day to day contract management and resolving queries

• Partner with HR and Payroll colleagues to support initiatives, provide training and resolve reward issues, support ad hoc projects and appropriate benchmarking


What we're looking for

The successful candidate will be an excellent problem solver. They will have decision making skills where they are then able to exercise sound judgement. They will have excellent attention to detail as well as impeccable customer services skills. The successful candidate should be able to work with all stake holders building collaboration and open working relationships throughout the company.


The Successful Candidate will need:

• To be a Graduate with a degree containing a substantial numeracy element
• High level IT skills - advanced Excel, HRIS and reporting tools
• Excellent communications skills both verbal and written (including presentation skills)
• Strong Project Management skills
• Experience working in a Global reward and benefit role, preferably time in a HR generalist role.
• Job evaluation experience (Hay methodologies preferably)
• CIPD qualified is preferable
