Senior Customer Services Officer
24 hours per week
Up to £22,171 (Dependant on experience)
The Bridge is a vibrant and innovative charity, delivering Homelessness Prevention and Community Services across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
We are seeking a highly organised individual with the appropriate skills and experience to support our Customer Services Manager in achieving continual improvement across all areas of our business.
You will have experience of managing people, possess exceptional communication skills and have a passion for helping vulnerable people.
We base selection on job related criteria alone.
Closing Date is Thursday 23rd February 12 noon
