We are a GP surgery with 10,300 patients in Weston super Mare. We have a varied population with interesting pathology which provides a challenging and stimulating environment to work in that tests and develops your whole range of skills.   

We are seeking a superb Advanced Nurse Practitioner/ Nurse Prescriber to build on our brilliant multi-disciplinary team.  

We are looking for a dynamic and highly experienced Nurse to join us.  Our ideal candidate would be a prescriber, have knowledge of several long term conditions, be confident in triaging, minor illness and be willing to undertake home visits on behalf of our GPs.  You may have developed additional specialist interests such as Care of the Elderly.  Aside from lots of knowledge and experience, we are seeking someone who values a supportive team environment.  

Hours - ideally full time but for the right candidate part time may be considered

Pay - up to £45k (depending on experience) + NHS Pension
