Senior Building Surveyor - Taunton - ??40,000 - ??50,000
A self-motivated independent Chartered Surveyors firm that pride themselves on the provision of a wide range of building surveying services across the commercial and residential sector throughout the South West is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor who is looking for a long term career move towards director status.
The Role
My client is a small independent company that pride themselves on offering all aspects of building surveying services.
As a Senior Building Surveyor you will be responsible for liaising with private sector clients and offering day to day duties that will include;
* Condition/measured Surveys
* Dilapidations
* Site inspections
* Party walls
* Report writing
This position will require someone who is highly ambitious as a Building Surveyor, over time the Building Surveyor will be given an increased amount of responsibility as they elevate themselves within the company.
The Requirements
In order to be successful for the Senior Building Surveyor role you must fulfil the following requirements;
* MRICS
* Experience within the private sector
* Professional communication skills
* CAD skills would be ideal
The Company
A dynamic firm of Chartered Surveyors that pride themselves on the delivery of a wide range of building surveying services within the commercial and residential sector to private and corporate clients across the South West and South of England. Since their establishment in 2004 my client has experienced a vast amount of repeated business over the years.

This position is based in Taunton, however a home-based role can be accomodated.
