Enthusiastic, talkative Sales Consultants are sought to join this outbound call centre. It's an energetic and bright working environment, setting the tone for how they approach every day.
The sales team here works hard on behalf of big-name clients, making outbound calls to new and existing customers. You'll need to be able to build a rapport, and provide a friendly, professional service to everyone you speak to.
* Call Centre Sales Consultant
* Newcastle-upon-Tyne
* Basic salary starting at £14,040, rising to £15,015 after probation (with further increases after 1 and 2 years' service)
* OTE £21k - £25k, top earners are currently achieving £35k!
The ideal Call Centre Sales Consultant will possess:
* Telesales / Call Centre / Contact Centre experience is advantageous, although not essential
* Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
* The ability to work to call targets
* A motivated, driven working attitude
