This clinic is looking for an Front of House Sales and Event Coordinator to join their award winning Healthcare team with providing private healthcare including Physiotherapy, Doctors consultations rooms and national clinical education programmes.

This clinic is an established private healthcare business as they expand they are on the looking for a motivated experienced sales person with excellent administration skills to join their unique community where challenge, opportunity, learning and enjoyment are central.

The Role
Working alongside the owner and team, you will take a key role in the development sales, promotion and coordination of both the national education events and clinical services.

The role's core responsibilities will include:
- be responsible for the administration and management of front of house duties
- manage clinician and event diaries
- deal with event enquiries and bookings
- liaise with trainers speakers
- liaise with referral sources including healthcare practitioners, insurers and solicitors
- ensure the team deliver exceptional customer experiences
- be a cultural ambassador and represent the business internally and externally
- complete general administration duties and adhoc projects
- problem solve and resolve issues proactively and in a timely manner
- manage your workload, time and projects
- manage a budget
- undertake any reasonable task that may be requested by the business owner

The Candidate
The successful Front of House Sales and Event Coordinator should possess the following skills and experience:
- Excellent organisation skills, meticulous attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills - confidence to present observations/advice to colleagues and clients
- Knowledge and experience of working in a team
- "Can do" attitude to take ownership of plans
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player willing to adapt to a fast paced environment and offer high quality admin support
- Excellent IT knowledge, in house software systems an advantage

Terms of Employment:
- 40 hours/week
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays p/a
- Occasional National Travel maybe required
- Monday through to Friday
- Shift pattern between Mon- Thurs 1.15pm - 8.30pm, Fri 8-5.30pm
- Occasional Saturday mornings oncall maybe required when courses running
