Part time Sales Negotiator - HousebuildingTues & Wed 10am-5pm plus additional holiday coverCounty DurhamCompetitive basic salary (pro rata) plus commission.Bromak are representing a housebuilder who have an immediate requirement for a part time Sales Negotiator to join their sales team based in County Durham on a permanent basis.The RoleThe company are looking to appoint a part time Sales Negotiator to work on an existing development in County Durham. Reporting to the Sales Manager the Sales Negotiator will be responsible for ensuring the sales centre is fully open according to current company policy.Duties will include:To attend sales meetings, training and meetings as directedManaging site signage, directional signs, sales office displaysShow home landscape maintenanceAchieve target sales and pricesGreeting and qualifying visitorsRecording customer informationCustomer follow upPrice negotiationChecking advertising for position and accuracyWeekly and monthly reportingMarket research and competitor analysisMaintain customer enquiry databaseRecord customer details at reservationComplete and distribute all documentation as requiredTrack and record sales progress with Estate Agents, Lenders, Brokers and SolicitorsRecord weekly communication with customers regarding build and sales progressDeal with all customer communication and liaison with the construction and regional office teamsSkills & Experience Required * Experience in a selling new build homes is essential as you will be managing an existing popular development with a large amount of ongoing sales. * Proven sales skills evidenced by meeting sales targets in previous position * Broad product knowledge of the housing market * Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels * Computer literate * Self-starter * Ability to work unsupervised and to follow procedures * Attention to detail * Team player * Flexible, tactful and diplomaticBenefitsIn return for your skills my client offers a competitive basic salary and generous commission for a part time employee.
