A bespoke software provider based in Bristol are looking add a new Technical Support Advisor to their team.
The Role
Working alongside the customer support team, you'll be expected to assume responsibility for any escalated technical queries that clients have regarding the software.
These can range from faults with the products to scheduled upgrades or design tweaks, and as the clients come in all shapes and sizes, there will be a real variation with the cases that you'll handle.
You'll be tasked with taking full ownership of the case until it's been resolved, ensuring to deliver exceptional customer service at all stages. It's a collaborative environment, so there will be support on complex cases from the team and management.
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for bright and enthusiastic candidates that can demonstrate a logical mindset and good problem-solving abilities.
Strong customer service skills are important and so a background in a service-focused role is essential. A passion for the tech sector is massively advantageous and any experience in the industry will be welcomed. Being able to pick up new systems and skills quickly will also put you in good stead.
A minimum of GCSE Grade C or above in both English and Maths is required.
