KITS and JCT25 Conference Centre are looking to recruit an Administrator to join their busy Administration and Conference Team in Brighouse. This will be a full time Permanent position.
The successful candidate must demonstrate:
* Previous Administration and Customer Service experience is essential
* Ability to plan and organise workload to meet deadlines
* Strong PC skills, particularly knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent minute taking skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Accurate attention to detail
* Strong organisational skills
You will be responsible for:
* Processing of information in relation to Apprentices
* Data inputting
* Producing minutes for meetings as and when required
* Providing secretarial support to Department Heads
* Production of learner and company files and ensuring all paperwork is filed accordingly.
* Working as a team in helping keep all customer and learner records up to date in-house databases
* Dealing with conference centre enquiries and bookings
* Attend Open Evenings
* General administration duties
* Reception, including greeting visitors and course delegates
* Providing high level customer service to conference delegates
* Organising short course bookings including raising all relevant paperwork
A good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) is essential
