HFH Healthcare is a fast growing leading provider of specialist complex care to individuals in their own homes throughout London and neighbouring areas. Commissioned primarily by the NHS, HFH Healthcare provides bespoke packages of care to highly dependent individuals and has a strong reputation for delivering extremely high quality healthcare.

We are looking for a payroll administrator who will have full responsibility for operating the company’s payrolls, paying approximately 700 staff per month from start to finish, and ensuring compliance with statutory obligations (e.g. PAYE/NI, auto enrolment etc).

Working as part of a small finance team the post holder will need have good working knowledge of the full payroll process and ensure keep up to date on all employment and tax legislation. In addition you will be required to undertaking other financial tasks such as invoicing and credit control when necessary.

To be successful in the role you will need to have the following:

· Previous experience of operating payrolls, preferably in-house
· Good understanding of PAYE, NI and auto-enrolment
· Experience of operating RTI
· Proficient user of Sage payroll and Excel
· Well organised and good attention to detail
· Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Pay: Annual Salary £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: 37.5 (office based in Wimbledon).

Annual Leave: 22 days plus bank holidays
