The Company:
Manufacturer of High End Fashion Accessories

Main duties:
To create and implement marketing strategies

The Role:
- To understand allocated markets & regions (Business culture / sector)
- To create, manage IT Channels marketing programs, communication plans
- To identify new selling channels and follow them through
- To communicate and manage negotiations with business partners & external suppliers
- To create ideas from scratch for new programs
- To build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- To amend strategies when necessary according to client needs

The candidate:
- Fluent in German AND English (Written & Spoken) to near mother tongue standard Essential
- A strong background in writing (in German) would be a bonus
- A background in E-Commerce and Retail would be a bonus
- Experience with SEO and Marketing/Digital Marketing would be a bonus
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives
- Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Excellent attention to detail
