LOCATION: Aylesbury and the surrounding areas
JOB TITLE: Home Support Workers - Aylesbury
SALARY & BENEFITS: GBP8.00 - GBP12.00 per hour and paid travel time and mileage
WORKING HOURS: Various shifts available between 06:30am - 11:00pm over 7 days
THE COMPANY: We are delighted to be working with a small and friendly home care provider based in Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire. Our client supports adults and the elderly with a variety of needs ranging from physical and sensory impairments to those with learning disabilities and also Alzheimer's and dementia.

THE ROLE: As a Home Support Worker you will support the clients in their own homes in a variety of ways which could include social tasks, light domestic duties and personal care.
THE CANDIDATE: Experience isn't necessarily essential as full training is provided, but we are looking for reliable, trustworthy candidates with genuine compassion, a willingness to learn and above all else an acceptance of responsibility.
Key experience essential for the role:- Home Carers / Home Support Workers - Aylesbury
• Good communication skills.
• A flexible approach to changing workloads.
• The ability to work in a team as well as independently.
Key experience desirable for the role:- Home Carers / Home Support Workers - Aylesbury
• Due to the nature of the role a Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle would be advantageous
• Experience within a similar position, or relevant qualifications would be beneficial, but are by no means essential.
