Our client is looking for a customer service agent who through an organised and thorough approach you will support the account managers and directors. You will be comfortable handling all nature of enquiries, managing a busy workload and working to deadlines, within current regulatory requirements.

Skills and personal qualities  Excellent communication skills, both oral and written  Self-motivation and initiative  Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines  Positive attitude with customer focus  Flexibility and multi-tasking skills  Strong organisational skills  Excellent attention to detail, including record keeping  Literacy, numeracy and IT skills (minimum to GCSE level)  Professional manner

Minimum 12 months experience of working in a customer service role.

Hours of work
Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30
Salary - 16 - £18,500 (DOE)
