Our client is looking for a customer service agent who through an organised and thorough approach you will support the account managers and directors. You will be comfortable handling all nature of enquiries, managing a busy workload and working to deadlines, within current regulatory requirements.
Skills and personal qualities Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Self-motivation and initiative Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines Positive attitude with customer focus Flexibility and multi-tasking skills Strong organisational skills Excellent attention to detail, including record keeping Literacy, numeracy and IT skills (minimum to GCSE level) Professional manner
Minimum 12 months experience of working in a customer service role.
Hours of work
Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30
Salary - 16 - £18,500 (DOE)
