We currently have an opportunity for a Plasterer to join our team based in Barnet. Within the role, you will be responsible for the effecting plastering repairs to our client’s stock.

Liaising with our call centre/ office enabling a response to all jobs within a given time frame, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work has been carried out effectively and efficiently. The successful Plasterer will prepare all paperwork including timesheets, accurate descriptions of the work carried out, estimating repair requirements, trades and job coding/ costing. Coordinating with other operatives onsite and working as a team member you will be prepared to act a mentor to trainees whilst obtaining customer feedback on completion of works as required. Candidates for this position will have a right first time approach to all jobs coupled with general Health and Safety knowledge.

Candidates for this position will be experienced in plastering coupled with a minimum qualification of NVQ level 2 or equivalent. With strong time management skills, the successful Plasterer will be able to work within a team coupled with a strong customer focus. An effective communicator, you will have an understanding of paperwork and job coding coupled with excellent organisational skills. Candidates for this role will have the ability to work alone and manage their work load / materials coupled with proficient IT skills. The successful candidate will hold a full driving license and must be willing to attend in house training. Above all, we are looking for an individual who is motivated with the ability to put the customer first.

This role will be working from Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with 30-minute lunch breaks
