DESCRIPTION
The company seeks Senior Associates to undertake a complex and broad scope of responsibilities. Based in London, the post-holders will work closely with clients to enable them to understand competitive issues, develop strategies for change, and achieve results.
Applicants must have a high level and a number of achievements gained through employment with either a world leading global management consultancy practice or a large blue chip organization; or have an outstanding advanced degree (PhD or equivalent) from a top university with active involvement in extra-curricular activities undertaken during studies, demonstrating leadership, valuable contribution to a team, personal learning, evidence of outperforming peers and exceptional drive and commitment. In addition applicants must have relevant experience from this employment of devising and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, conceptualisation and communication of strategic solutions. Applicants must have the ability to synthesise a problem and possess creativity and strong business judgement. Applicants must also demonstrate excellent numerical skills, excellent communication skills, particularly precision in answering questions, and have excellent client relationship management skills.
As part of the interview process, applicants will be required to conduct case studies to demonstrate their suitability for the role as outlined above. Applicants may also be required to conduct a numerical test in addition or prior to the interview process. Applicants will need to perform to a high standard in the case study and the numerical test, if taken.
Applicants must have outstanding prior academics (including at least a 2:1 or equivalent from a top class university and A-levels at a minimum AAB or equivalent.)
