Personal Development Coach

18.5 hours per week / 52 weeks per year

MATERNITY COVER FOR UP TO 12 MONTHS

Salary range Scale 5/6 £19,560 - £20,749 / £21,373 - £22,677 per annum pro rata (Actual salary £9,780 - £10,374.50 / £10,686.50 - £11,338.50 per annum)

We require a Personal Development Coach at our Kettering campus, to contribute towards the reviewing, planning, preparation and delivery of agreed programmes of group and individual tutorials with the nominated Faculty in collaboration with the Director of Customer Services and other members of the College.

You will be responsible for supporting all learners to ensure attendance, retention, attainment, achievement and progression targets. You will also be responsible for leading, developing and supporting learners through pastoral care, group tutorial and enrichment activities.

The successful candidate will have a good all round level of education to include Maths and English to GCSE (Grade A - C) or equivalent level (level 2). You should also hold a Degree level qualification or a relevant vocational equivalent.

An Enhanced DBS Check will be required and you will be required to declare any convictions, cautions, reprimands or final warnings which would not be filtered in line with current guidance.
