The school is a half form entry and is proud of the family style community ethos it creates. They are currently looking to someone on a permanent basis to teach their Year 3/4 class. The school is set in large secure grounds. The children enjoy a fantastic play area complete with climbing frame, trim trail, woodland area and playing fields. An additional garden area and pond to the front of the school provide even more opportunities for outdoor learning experiences. The children are at the heart of everything they do and they pride themselves on the personalised provision they achieve for each of them. You will become part of the friendly and dedicated staff who work exceptionally hard to ensure each child receives the happiest and best education they can possibly provide and, being so small, everyone knows each other really well.

You will Need:
- QTS Qualification
- Excellent organisation skills
- Time management skills
- Behaviour management strategies
- The ability to build relationships and communicate well with all pupils, parents/carers and other professionals

Responsibilities:
- Planning, preparation and delivery of exciting activities across the curriculum
- Providing engaging and interactive lessons to provide a learning experience in a safe environment.
- To communicate with pupils, parents/carers and other professionals including participating in team meetings, multi-agency meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training.
- To be willing to participate in extra curricular activities
- To raise attainment and provide children with a variety of activities to deepen their knowledge of the curriculum at their level.
