They are now looking for a Creative Team Designer to join them on a Fixed Term Maternity Cover contract (8 Months).
Supporting the creative team to ensure our range of products meet customer expectations from a desirability perspective and using appropriate matrix/KPI to ensure this is being achieved, you will develop designs and concepts and communicate these ideas to the team through various media outlets. Developing ‘propping’ materials to ensure optimum visual impact of product for both internal and external shows and visiting shows and exhibitions, you will support the timely delivery of Creative pack (Lookbook) for all projects, Including full Fit Out Specifications.
In the role you will work closely with the procurement team to ensure new products and components are available, monitor market trends and competitors and support the development of the Design Materials Catalogue, ensuring it is fit for purpose. Maintaining the appearance of the main design areas, you will make sure samples are stored appropriately and that the areas are fit for customer showcase.
Proficient in the use of desk top publishing software in order to present ideas and able to access technical CAD package data to allow development of interior design, you will have experience of generating proposals and presenting to customers at various levels. Able to develop desirable, cost effective interior designs that can be manufactured on a large scale, the successful candidate will have experience of developing projects on schedule and to cost in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
Self-motivated and with a drive to achieve targets, you will have a keen eye to detail and be able to work in a cross functional team to deliver projects.
