Icebreak Care Co-ordinator
As a member of the Icebreak Team, you will work in a multidisciplinary team to provide an early Intervention service, delivering a range of psycho-social and behavioural interventions to young adults aged between 16 and 25 years, experiencing emerging signs of personality disorder.
As a Care Co-ordinator, you will have experience of building relationships and supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, who are experiencing a range of issues which impact negatively upon their mental health.
We particularly welcome applications from those who have professional qualifications in Mental Health, Social Work or similar professions.
The role will involve occasional anti-social hours and an element of providing ‘out of hours' on call telephone support on a rotational basis.
