Phase 2 Community Challenge:  Participants learn more about themselves, their local community whilst living independently and develop new skills.  This is a residential over 5 days, Monday to Friday.

Phase 3a Social Action Planning:  Participants explore challenges that face the local community and design a social action project that will strengthen and impact the community.  This non-residential and consists of 30 hours, usually Monday to Friday based in Bolton.

Phase 3b Social Action Delivery:  Participants carry out their social action project over a week or series dependant on individual group projects.  This is 30 hours based in Bolton and is flexible but is usually Monday to Friday.

Graduation Celebration Event:  The programme culminates in a graduation event to celebrate the participant's achievements.  This is an evening event.

The programme is mainly delivered during half-term breaks and the summer holiday periods, and groups participate in Waves of 105 - 120 during summer delivery (7 - 10 groups of 15 young people per wave).  Dependant on allocated Wave start date, there may be potential for applicants to work 2 Waves.
