You can expect high calibre city type legal work in rural locations with excellent potential for future progression and/or Partnership.
Excellent opportunities are available for ambitious Fee-earners - Associate Solicitors, Solicitors and Legal Executives with a PQE of 2- 10 years ( dependant on role ) to join established teams.
In particular these roles will be based in Southampton, Portsmouth, Winchester, Basingstoke, Bracknell and Bristol areas and with the opportunity of flexible working arrangements available in some cases. Therefore they may present an attractive opportunity for those candidates wishing to relocate or to develop a better work-life balance within thriving yet secure legal practices on the much sought-after South Coast areas.
Experienced and specialist Solicitors and Lawyers are required for the following roles:
Associate Solicitors - Southampton or Bristol
Solicitors - Southampton, Portsmouth, Winchester or Basingstoke & Bracknell
Ideal candidates will have high calibre Family experience together with experience of managing a full caseload and good knowledge of privately funded work.
In all cases we require a strong academic background, a proven and consistent track record of fee earning within Family areas, technical excellence, outstanding client care skills, business development and marketing ability, strong commercial awareness and client management skills. An established network of contacts or a following would also be an advantage but not essential. Family mediation qualification would be an advantage.
Positions will be rewarded with market rate salaries and excellent benefits together with a generous relocation package in some cases, with long term realistic prospects for career development.
