Since our 2008 opening in Brixton’s tiny day market, we have created an amazing reputation by using nothing but the freshest ingredients to produce our traditional Neapolitan Pizzas, stunning pizza lovers and critics alike. Our menu has only 6 pizzas and specials which change daily, sourcing only the top quality ingredients from local suppliers. We like to keep it fresh and simple.

We are an independent restaurant group, building a portfolio of successful local London restaurants.

The right candidate will have experience of working with a wood-fired oven, be capable of working under pressure while maintaining high standards and have the ability to clearly communicate with the head Pizzaiolo. Also as our kitchen is on display to the public, you will need to be both personable and well presented.
