Senior Site Manager - Northants
£48-£60k plus benefits
My client is a bespoke housing developer that has a strong pipeline of prestigious developments across Northamptonshire. The sucessful candidate will have proven experience within a 5* national builder and leading management teams on flagship developments.
In order to be successful:
· Sound knowledge of building construction
· Sound knowledge of Health, Safety and Welfare facilities and CDM
· Good communication, organisation, collator, delegator and man management
· Articulate, numerate, literate and able to read drawings
· Authoritative, decisive
· Clean driving licence
· Administration skills
· Advantageous to hold ONC, HNC certificate in construction or similar
· Holds a current and relevant CSCS Card
· Hold a current 3 day first aid qualification
· Holds a current SMSTS Certificate
