Have you achieved the CIPD certificate in HR Practice (or currently be working towards) and are you able to demonstrate your experience in a generalist HR background?
This charitable organisation offers a diverse range of support to adults and children across Liverpool and throughout the North West of England. They are looking to recruit 2 HR Assistants who will report into the HR Manager and will be responsible for providing a full range of HR support to all levels of Management.
You must be able to demonstrate your experience in an HR generalist background (minimum 2 years) and you must be able to promote professional HR practice as well as an up to date working knowledge of HR procedures. They work in a fast paced setting, so you will need to be proactive and be able to use your initiative to meet deadlines.
Experience of dealing with end to end recruitment, payroll preparation and a working knowledge of HR IT systems is essential. A knowledge of processing DBS, monitoring and Update Service employee subscriptions to the DBS update service would be an advantage.
It is vital that you have excellent keyboard skills, experience of Microsoft Office and creating HR reports to enable you to undertake a wide range of administrative tasks on a daily basis.
You must also demonstrate a professional attitude towards a wide range of people and support the best interests of vulnerable people.
