Job Role:

Our Client was founded in June 2004 after identifying the need for a specialist manufacturer to solve challenging problems within the entertainment industry. The Company has grown to become synonymous within the entertainment industry as a top solution provider for major hard to solve issues, such as ergonomic SM desks, Perfectly dimmed Auditorium LED lighting and networked programmable cue lights.

They are now looking to recruit for a Project Engineer to work in their office based in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide quotations for all Special projects and manage documentation & lead projects through to completion
• Source components
• Test components
• Liaise with suppliers
• Ensure that projects you lead are fully tested and documented
• To provide support for the manufacturing team by ensuring new product/project documentation is provided & help as required
• Assist with customer support issues
• To assist with Fault Finding issues
• Take ownership of issues, look to solve problems and provide solutions
• Liaise with Sales Team and also direct with customers about projects
• To make Site visits as required.

Controls:

• To ensure all documentation is correctly managed and made available
• Ensuring testing is performed and monitored for specials
• Monitor work load and inform Manager of variance to planned work
• CAD Library Management

Compliance:

• Ensure Health and Safety Policy is adhered to.
• Ensure Quality policy is adhered to and when not communicate to Manager.
• As policies and procedures grow, adhere to implementation and monitoring
