Experienced HR Business Partner required for expanding, high profile company in Cardiff
The Role
As HR Business Partner you will focus on the development and delivery of a broad range of HR deliverables with a Learning & Development / Organisational Development / talent bias. This role is wide reaching, as well as the generalist HR brief you will lead on graduate recruitment, Investors in People, apprenticeship development and management development.

The Person
As HR Business Partner you will be qualified (degree / HND / CIPD ) with experience in a similar role with ideally an L&D focus, and be familiar with the manufacturing industry and the relevant employment law / compliance issues. With sound project management skills and the ability to build strong partnering relationships you will be comfortable leading a team and have some knowledge of:
- e-learning / resourcing / organisational change
- TNA / succession and talent development
- managing delivery through external suppliers
