Job Title: CRM Assistant

Location: Office based - Leeds, West Yorkshire

Job status: Fixed-term up until 30th March 2018 to cover a period of maternity leave

Salary: £19,303.21 per annum (pro rata)

Hours: Part time, 21.75 hours per week

Closing Date: 9am on Thursday 23rd February 2017

A friendly and dynamic marketing team are looking for a CRM/Marketing Assistant to join a busy and fast paced environment. This role is part time for a fixed term to cover a period of maternity leave. 

Skills for Care helps create a better-led, more skilled and valued adult social care workforce. We provide practical tools and support to help adult social care organisations in England recruit, develop and lead their workforce to ensure dignity and respect are at the heart of service delivery.

The CRM Assistant role includes working with the CRM Manager to support colleagues across the organisation in using a newly implemented CRM system, providing administrative support to help maintain the database and supporting colleagues in delivery of email marketing campaigns.

This role also includes working with colleagues in the marketing team to help them build targeted lists for communications, working with colleagues across the organisation to capture feedback and suggestions for improving the CRM system, working with the CRM Manager to test enhancements and fixes to the system, running basic administrative, verifying contacts coming into the database from online portals and websites and fulfilling orders for publications made via an online bookstore.

We’re looking for someone who has worked in a similar environment; has excellent attention to detail, has good communication skills and an understanding of IT systems and online marketing. Experience in a similar role and using Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be beneficial.
