The Company:
ASL is a stable highly profitable family business, established in 1995, manufacturing cable assemblies, wire harnesses and complex instrumentation panels. We are looking to grow the company from its current level of £3M pa to over £5M during the next five years.
Company currently employs 50 staff.
The Job:
We are looking to strengthen our current management team by bringing in a high calibre operations manager. This is an exciting new position to oversee several existing departments and ensure we remain very profitable as we grow and implement new processes.
Responsible for all aspects of operations from costing, technical, purchasing, stores, production and quality control.
Reporting directly to the MD.
The Person:
We are looking for a talented and ambitious person with a Degree/HNC in an Electrical discipline and good experience of modern manufacturing practices.
