Appointment Coordinator

This market leading claims company is looking to recruit an Appointment Coordinator.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the business meets its daily, weekly and monthly appointment targets in relation to the number of appointments booked for their roof assessors. You will be calling their potential clients educating them on their services and booking them into their diary. You will work closely with their Roof Assessor's and qualified Surveyor's to manage their appointments and their diaries accordingly, at quieter times you will help support the Account Managers with their daily duties.

The role involves you showing great empathy with their clients and putting them at ease at all times. You will be confident on the phone and tenacious, someone who is positive and can build relationships and trust quickly. A high level of motivation and enthusiasm are a must as well as the ability to effectively communicate with an excellent telephone manner, well organised and has strong planning skills.

They use direct marketing to engage new clients, these activities include television and radio advertising this use of media is currently providing the growth of the business and is establishing their brand, this growth will bring further opportunities to develop within the business.

What You Need:

- Basic computer skills
- Experience of outbound calls/Customer service
- Excellent telephone manner
- Flexible
- Excellent communication skills - good listener who is able to understand the customer's needs whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently, using personal judgment while operating within specific guidelines.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workload
