The Company:

Main duties:
To create and implement marketing programs

The Role:
- To support the Marketing team
- To create, manage IT Channels marketing programs, communication plans
- There will be telesales/telemarketing involved
- To create PowerPoint presentations
- To manage and update the database
- To create ideas from scratch for new programs
- To build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Inbound/Outbound calls to coach and support clients

The candidate:
- Fluent in German as well as English is essential
- Experience in Telemarketing/Marketing and Sales is a bonus
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills (Phone based role)
- Excellent IT Skills
- Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives
- Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Excellent attention to detail
